Jurisdiction and Governing Law

PartsHyper is a digital marketplace operated from Harare, Zimbabwe. The platform, its content, and all transactions conducted through it are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any dispute arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zimbabwe.

Nature of Service

PartsHyper is a marketplace intermediary that connects buyers with independent sellers of spare parts. PartsHyper does not manufacture, own, or hold stock of any products listed on the platform. All product listings are the sole responsibility of the individual sellers who post them.

Intellectual Property

The PartsHyper name, logo, design, and all platform content (excluding seller-uploaded product images) are the intellectual property of AstraMinds. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Zimbabwean intellectual property law.

Seller-Uploaded Content

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and display any images, descriptions, or other content they add to the platform. PartsHyper takes no responsibility for copyright infringement by sellers and will remove content upon receipt of a valid takedown notice.

Liability Disclaimer

PartsHyper makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding: the accuracy of product listings; the quality or fitness for purpose of any product; the reliability of individual sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Zimbabwean law, PartsHyper, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or transactions conducted through it.
